1. General Information

This site is operated by Fhelix Moda di Li Maofu, with registered office at Via Torino 118/D - 10036 Settimo Torinese (TO), registered in the name of Li Maofu, VAT number 02599010978.

The activity is aimed exclusively at B2B customers (merchants, retailers, professionals with VAT numbers).

2. Products and Availability

Fhelix Moda offers wholesale women's clothing, with products viewable through our online catalog.
No custom manufacturing is done. Product availability is confirmed within 24 hours after the customer submits the order.

3. Prices and Orders

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
The current VAT of 22% will be applied to the order total.
The minimum order is 50 euros + VAT.

Orders can be submitted through our online catalog or by email. After the order is received, Fhelix Moda will check the actual availability of the requested products.

Within 24 hours the customer will receive a confirmation email with a summary of available items, order total (including VAT) and payment methods.

Payment should be made only after our confirmation of availability.

Regular invoice will be issued to each order, including 22% VAT.

Shipping will be done only after payment is credited.

4. Methods of Payment

Payment can be made in the following ways:

- Payment on site
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Bank transfer in advance

Bank details will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

5. Shipping

Shipments are made via Bartolini courier (BRT).
The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight and/or volume of the box, and communicated to the customer within 24 hours of order processing.
Shipment is made only after confirmation of payment.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds can only be made in the case of a factory defective product.
We do not accept returns for accidental damage or post-sale wear and tear.

Conditions for return:

The product must be intact, in its original condition, complete with tag and composition.
Return must be requested within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the integrity of the returned product has been verified, a refund or replacement will be made.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including text, images, logos and graphics, is the property of Fhelix Moda or their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fhelix Moda is not responsible for any delays or inefficiencies attributable to the courier or force majeure. The company's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law.
The Court of Turin will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
